You can also write your details in the "notes" section at checkout.

Each custom platter is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted piece created by Caitlin. Clients are invited to share meaningful details, locations, and imagery to inspire the design. Caitlin then uses her artistic expertise to interpret those elements and create a composition that works beautifully on the piece.

Please note that all design decisions — including which details are featured, their placement, and colors — are made at the artist's discretion to ensure the best visual result. Because each piece is made to order and entirely unique, all custom platters are final sale. By commissioning a piece, you are trusting the artist's vision and creative process.

Artwork & Approval Process

Each platter is an original, hand-painted artwork. Caitlin interprets your details using her own artistic judgment to create a cohesive composition — all design decisions, including placement, color balance, and which elements to feature, are made at the artist's discretion. Because of the handmade nature of the work, no two pieces are identical, and exact replication of reference images is not offered. All custom platters are final sale.

Timing Expectations

Please allow 4 weeks from the time your details are received for the piece to be completed. If you have a specific event date in mind, mention it when you send your details so CRA can plan accordingly. Orders placed close to an event date are subject to availability.
