We hope you love your piece as much as we loved creating it. Each item is hand-painted and one-of-a-kind, so slight variations are part of its charm.

All Sales Final (Custom & Made-to-Order)

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Collection Pieces

We accept returns on non-custom, ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The item
• The packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
